Rennfest Beer Booth Volunteers

Rennfest:
We have been invited back to support the beer stations on Saturday October 16, 2021. We will need 23 volunteers to staff the stands and have relief for people to get breaks. If you are able to volunteer October 16 please let me know ASAP as I am building our list as we will need to let the Rennfest know early if we are short. As mentioned in our last meeting, we need vaccinated people to staff the stands. So I need you to advise that you are fully vaccinated. Thank you in advance. We currently have 12 vaccinated signed up. If we don’t have the 23 filled in by September 7, we will discuss in the executive meeting and provide an update at the membership meeting Wednesday September 8, of engaging another council or councils which will result in splitting our earnings. This is our largest fundraiser for the council, so let’s make this happen. To participate please email me koc8251@gmail.com.
